Windows 7 Logon editor is an all-in-one utility for tweaking the logon screen. It supports all versions of Windows 7 (except for the Home Basic edition) and comes with more features than changing the picture itself.

Nirsoft published a tool which can be used to find the details about crashed applications. The information is collected from the .wer files (Windows Error Reporting) which contains applicationcrash information. AppCrashView makes it possible to read these logs more easily.
